How to prepare pear bread

Remove the seeds from the pears, cut them into pieces using a cutting board and knife 1.

Pour them into a blender then blend them until you obtain a smooth puree 2.

Pour the eggs and sugar into a large bowl.3

Whip the ingredients with an electric whisk for a few minutes until you obtain a high, whitish and frothy mixture 4.
