The yogurt wraps they are the quick and unleavened variant of the classic one Romagna piadina. An easy, light and tasty recipe, ready in just a few minutes, made with a dough free of butter or lard based on water, flour, seed oil, instant yeast and plain yogurt: the latter will guarantee a particularly soft and fluffy final result .
To bring them to the table, once the indicated ingredients have been mixed together, simply divide the smooth and homogeneous mixture obtained into four loaves of the same weight, then roll them out with your hands on a floured work surface and then cook the prepared thin discs, without the need of further resting times, on a hot non-stick pan, about a couple of minutes per side. Once ready, you can enjoy the piadine for a while meal away from home at the seaside or in the office, or you can serve them still warm instead of bread for anyone lunch or dinner of family
In our version we stuffed them with leaves radish And raw ham sweet cut thinly but, alternatively, you can stuff them with squacquerone and speck, smoked provola and grilled courgettes, mozzarella and tomato, chickpea hummus and smoked salmon, black olives, tuna and red onion chopped with a knife…
If you prefer, you can replace the full-fat yogurt with one Greek cast, denser and more compact, or with one light or lactose free: for a preparation also suitable for intolerant subjects or for those who follow a diet with a reduced intake of dairy products.

Conservation
The yogurt wraps will be excellent if consumed within a few minutes of their preparation. Alternatively, they can be stored in the fridge, well wrapped with a sheet of cling film, for example 1-2 days maximum.
