The woman, in the meantime, remains in very serious condition to theHumanitas Hospital of Rozzanowhere she was transported in red code immediately after the fall and where she is still hospitalized with a reserved prognosis. The Milan prosecutor, Antonio Cristilloopened the case today, after the seizure of both men’s cell phones and of the apartment in Via delle Palme, owned by some relatives who were out of town on vacation, had already been ordered.
According to what was reconstructed also through the version provided by the man, that evening an argument broke out between the two. Finally, shortly before 4, she – this is always the theory of the young man – went out onto the balcony to fix the external motor of the air conditioner, falling suddenly below. The third call to the single emergency number was in fact that of the partner who raised the alarm, made shortly after the first two games from her phone and gone to waste. The analysis of the computer devices could provide further answers.
One of the aspects on which the investigations are currently focusing concerns relationships within the couple. Initial investigations have not revealed any previous interventions by the police, nor have the neighbors heard any screams or suspicious noises that evening. The Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office has also ordered a medical evaluation of the 33-year-old and her partner to verify whether they have suffered any abrasions due to a hypothetical fight at the height of the alleged argument and which, in the woman’s case, are not compatible with the fall. The couple’s family and friends, interviewed yesterday and today by the Carabinieri, have ruled out any clashes between the two.
