Noah Lyles won the medal of bronze to the Paris Olympics 2024 running with the Covid. The new Olympic champion of the 100meters he warned a sickness immediately after crossing the finish line: he fell on his back and finally sat down to be treated by medical staff. A few minutes after the finish, however, the explanation for Lyles’ performance and his illness arrived: the American sprinter was suffering from what the agency Associated Press he learned it was a case of Covid. A person familiar with Lyles’ condition, who declined to be identified, told the AP that he had the Covid. This is the second time in a row that the virus has played a major role in Lyles’s Olympic adventure.
